We offer a complimentary return policy for all eyewear purchased through our online boutique within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and authentication materials included.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the frames you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your eyewear in the original Oliver Peoples case and shipping box, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and cleaning cloths are enclosed.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location; once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
