How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Most of our frames feature three numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm: the lens width, bridge width, and temple length. We recommend comparing these measurements to a pair of glasses you already own for the best fit.
Can I have my prescription lenses fitted into Oliver Peoples frames?
Yes, our frames are designed to accommodate a wide range of prescription lenses. You can select the 'Prescription' option during checkout or visit an Oliver Peoples boutique to have lenses custom-fitted by an optician.
What is your shipping policy for online orders?
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns of unworn, non-prescription merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom prescription lenses are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do Oliver Peoples frames come with a warranty?
Yes, all Oliver Peoples eyewear is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
How should I care for my eyewear?
To maintain your frames, always store them in their protective case when not in use. Clean your lenses regularly with the provided microfiber cloth and a gentle lens cleaning solution, avoiding harsh household chemicals.
